Terms of Use
PulseForge Fitness is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. By using PulseForge you agree to both.
PulseForge Pro subscription
- PulseForge Pro Yearly: $39.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown in your country's App Store), with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically each year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Health and safety
PulseForge provides general fitness, nutrition and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Heart rate, calorie, recovery and body-composition figures are estimates. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PulseForge is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
