This policy explains what the PulseForge Fitness app for iPhone ("PulseForge", "the app") and this website collect, why, where it goes, and the choices you have. PulseForge is published by Delvontae Talley-Murry, doing business as SMNRV ("we", "us"). Questions: vontaemadeit@smnrv.com.

The short version. Your health and fitness data stays on your iPhone, in Apple Health, and in your own private iCloud. We don't run a server that receives it, we can't see it, and we never sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to track you.

1. Data the app uses

PulseForge only accesses each type of data after you grant permission in iOS. You can use the app with any permission turned off; the related feature just won't work.

2. What leaves your phone

A few features need a quick lookup on the internet. Only the minimum needed is sent, it is not linked to your identity, and it is used only to answer that request:

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no social login.

3. Data you send us

We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us:

We use this only to reply to you and fix problems. We keep support messages for up to 24 months, then delete them, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

4. Apple Health (HealthKit)

Data from Apple Health is used only to provide PulseForge's fitness features to you. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, never shared with data brokers or other third parties, and never stored on our servers. This follows Apple's HealthKit and App Store rules.

5. What we never do

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act and other U.S. state laws, or the EU/UK GDPR give you these rights. Where GDPR applies, we process the data you send us to answer your request (legitimate interest and contract), and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

PulseForge is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

Data on your iPhone is protected by iOS encryption and your passcode. iCloud data is protected by Apple. Support messages are kept in a password-protected, two-factor-secured mailbox.

9. International users

We are based in the United States. Messages you send us are processed in the United States.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect.
